Jeffery Allen founded 423 Cleaning LLC in August of 2017 in his home in Kingsport, TN. In the beginning, 423 Cleaning’s primary customers were in the healthcare industry, where he developed first-hand experience in delivering excellent cleaning services in this demanding industry. Since its first opening, 423 Cleaning LLC has provided commercial cleaning services to businesses in various industries, such as financial advisors, dental practices, ammunition companies, general contractors, technology companies, and more. As the company grew, 423 Cleaning opened an office in the Allendale area of Kingsport, TN. We have moved to a more convenient location in downtown Kingsport, TN, to serve our customers better.

Meet The Owners
423 Cleaning is a commercial cleaning company formed by the owners, Jeff Allen and his wife Virginia; as a previous co-owner of a janitorial company in Kingsport, Jeff was inspired to start a new cleaning service. In August 2017, 423 Cleaning was born. Our goal is to meet and exceed customer expectations and provide local businesses with affordable commercial cleaning services.
Jeff and Virginia have a variety of experiences in very different industries whose primary focus is customer service. The two combined their skills and expertise to create a cleaning company dedicated to providing exceptional cleaning services to local businesses in the Tri-Cities, TN area.
Both Jeff and Virginia actively work in every department of the cleaning business. Jeff is usually found on job sites, while Virginia mainly focuses on administration duties. It is common to see them both providing cleaning services or performing quality cleaning assurance inspections at customer facilities.
The personal attention that each of them applies to the daily operations of 423 Cleaning has proven to be a critical factor in their ability to deliver high-quality commercial cleaning services.
