Can I schedule my Free Estimate appointment on your website??
Yes. Navigate to the Header on any page on our website, and you will see a teal Calendar to the right of the Header. Click on the Calendar, which will take you to our scheduling page, where you can book your Free Estimate appointment. You may also choose more than one service for your appointment in case you need multiple services.
I don't see my neighborhood located on your service area map. Can you still provide me with business cleaning services if I am located in Tri-Cities, TN.?

Is 423 Cleaning Licensed, Insured & Bonded?
We are fully licensed, insured, and bonded as required by the State of Tennessee. We carry insurance to protect our customers and employees shall the unforeseen should happen at any of our customer locations.
Does our business need to sign a contract when partnering with 423 Cleaning commercial cleaning services?
Yes. Our Partnership Agreements are in effect for a term of one year. If your business needs to cancel our services for any reason during that year, you only need to give us a 30-day written notice of your intent to cancel. The agreement outlines this stipulation, which you can view before agreeing to partner with us.
What are your Payment Terms and can I request a different due date to pay my invoice?
We bill our customers on the 1st of every month, and our current terms are Net 15. If your business needs to select a payment due date that suits your situation, we will happily arrange that for you.
What forms of payment does 423 Cleaning accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, Bank Transfers, and Business Checks. You can pay your invoices online or mail a check to 423 Cleaning LLC, PO Box 3931, Kingsport, TN 37664.
Does 423 Cleaning Guarantee Their Work?
Yes. 423 Cleaning has a Worry-Free Guarantee policy to ensure we provide our customers with the highest quality cleaning services. If you are unsatisfied, you will only need to inform us of your complaint, and we will return to the facility and correct any issues.
Will 423 Cleaning try to upsell me with services my business doesn't require?
No. During the Free Estimate visit with our Commercial Cleaning Team Member, we will carefully inspect your facility for cleanliness and condition. The services that will be recommended for your business are explained in detail, and each service’s benefits are outlined. Ultimately it is up to you to determine which services want to receive. We will never put out potential customers in a high-pressure sales situation.
Does 423 Cleaning clean residential properties?
Yes, and No. We provide Move In / Move Out Cleaning Services for homeowners needing their property cleaned before moving. The property must be empty at the time we provide our services. We offer Gift Certificates to purchase for individuals, realtors, and loved ones to purchase and help new homeowners with the expense of cleaning their new homes.
